Target Information
Lysophospholipases are enzymes that act on biological membranes to regulate multifunctional lysophospholipids. The protein encoded by this gene hydrolyzes lysophosphatidylcholine in both monomeric and micellar forms. Alternate polyadenylation sites have been identified for this gene. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants are described, though the full-length nature is not yet known.
