Target Information

HLA-DPA1는 HLA class II alpha chain paralogues에 속합니다. 이 class II 분자는 alpha (DPA)와 beta (DPB) 사슬로 구성된 이합체로, 모두 막에 고정되어 있습니다. 이 단백질은 세포 외 단백질에서 유래한 펩타이드를 제시하여 면역계에서 중심적인 역할을 수행합니다.
Class II 분자는 항원 제시 세포(APC: B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages)에서 발현됩니다. Alpha 사슬은 약 33–35 kDa이며, 5개의 엑손으로 구성됩니다.

• Exon 4: transmembrane domain 및 cytoplasmic tail

DP 분자 내에서 alpha 및 beta 사슬 모두 펩타이드 결합 특이성을 결정하는 다형성을 포함하며, 최대 4가지 서로 다른 분자 형태를 형성할 수 있습니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩타이드오믹스(Immunopeptidomics) 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피와 탠덤 질량분석법을 통해 신항원(neoantigen)의 식별 및 특성 분석을 돕습니다.
