Target Information
ATF-2 (Activating Transcription Factor 2, also called CRE-BP1)는 ATF/CREB 계열의 류신 지퍼 단백질로, AP-1 및 CRE DNA 반응 요소에 결합합니다.
ATF-2는 다양한 바이러스 온코단백질 및 세포 종양 억제 단백질과 상호작용하며, SAPK/JNK 및 p38 MAP kinase 신호 경로의 표적입니다.
유전독성 물질, 염증성 사이토카인, 자외선 조사 등 다양한 세포 스트레스가 ATF-2의 전사 활성화를 유도합니다.
세포 스트레스는 Thr69 및 Thr71의 인산화를 통해 ATF-2를 활성화시키며, SAPK와 p38 MAPK가 이 부위를 인산화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
