Target Information
NTRK3 (TRKC) is part of the neurotrophic factor family involved in development and maintenance of the mammalian nervous system. Known substrates include SHC, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. Isoforms differ in signaling properties and expression levels, with isoform B expressed more abundantly in adult brain. TRKC undergoes ligand-mediated auto-phosphorylation and contains two immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains and two leucine-rich (LRR) repeats.
