Target Information
AXL은 만성 골수성 백혈병, 대장암, 흑색종 등과 관련된 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 세포 외 기질로부터 성장 인자 신호를 세포질로 전달합니다.
TAM 수용체는 세포 사멸체의 식세포작용에도 관여하며, TAM 수용체 결핍 마우스는 자가면역성 루푸스 유사 표현형을 보입니다.
또한 AXL은 필로바이러스의 잠재적 진입 수용체로 작용할 수 있으며, 특정 혈액 수지상세포 하위집단(Siglec 6+/Axl+)의 표지자로 사용됩니다.
AXL의 세포 발현은 TLR 리간드(LPS, poly I:C 등)에 의해 증가할 수 있으며, 막형태의 단백질 절단을 통해 가용성 형태로도 존재합니다.
혈장 내 AXL 농도 증가는 염증 및 암의 지표가 될 수 있습니다.
