Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ERCC1/XPF endonuclease complex is involved in DNA repair mechanisms, including:
- Nucleotide excision repair (NER) for UV-induced and bulky chemical lesions
- Recombination repair of interstrand cross-links
In mammalian cells:
- XPG cleaves 3′ of the DNA lesion
- ERCC1/XPF complex makes the 5′ incision
This complex likely processes recombination intermediates during DNA repair.
