Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

SHARPIN is a component of the LUBAC complex, which conjugates linear polyubiquitin chains in a head-to-tail manner to substrates. It plays a key role in NF-kappa-B activation and inflammation regulation.
LUBAC conjugates linear polyubiquitin to IKBKG and RIPK1, participating in activation of canonical NF-kappa-B and JNK signaling pathways.
Linear ubiquitination mediated by LUBAC interferes with TNF-induced cell death, thereby preventing inflammation.
LUBAC is proposed to be recruited to the TNF-R1 signaling complex after polyubiquitination of TNF-RSC components by BIRC2 and/or BIRC3.
Together with FAM105B (otulin), the LUBAC complex regulates canonical Wnt signaling during angiogenesis.
