For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TIMM50 (Mitochondrial import inner membrane translocase subunit TIM50) is an enzyme encoded by the TIMM50 gene in humans.
Tim50 is a subunit of the Tim23 translocase complex in the inner mitochondrial membrane.
Mutations in TIMM50 are associated with epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, and 3-methylglutaconic aciduria.
Expression of TIMM50 is increased in breast cancer cells and decreased in hypertrophic hearts.
