Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein with a molecular weight of 33–37 kDa, depending on phosphorylation. It is expressed on mature and most malignant B cells, a subset of T lymphocytes, and follicular dendritic cells.
CD20 regulates transmembrane calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation. It associates with lipid rafts, with the degree of association influenced by extracellular stimuli and BCR aggregation.
After receptor ligation, CD20 colocalizes with BCR but remains on the cell surface after BCR endocytosis.
CD20 is a key therapeutic target for B-cell depletion in malignancies and is linked to Ms4a1-related common variable immune deficiency.
