For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein (33–37 kDa) expressed on mature and malignant B cells, a subset of T lymphocytes, and follicular dendritic cells.
It regulates calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation.
CD20 associates with lipid rafts, with association intensity affected by extracellular triggers and BCR aggregation.
After receptor ligation, CD20 and BCR colocalize and then dissociate before BCR endocytosis, while CD20 remains at the cell surface.
CD20 is a key target for antibody-mediated B-cell depletion, as it remains stably expressed on most B-cell malignancies without internalization or shedding.
Diseases linked to CD20 dysfunction include MS4A1-related common variable immune deficiency.
