Product Specific Information
- Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
- Store reconstituted solution at 4°C for up to 1 week.

Target Information
TRPV3 belongs to a family of nonselective cation channels involved in temperature sensation and vasoregulation. Thermosensitive members are expressed in subsets of sensory neurons in the skin and are activated at temperatures between 22°C and 40°C. The TRPV3 gene is located near TRPV1 on chromosome 17, and the two proteins may form heteromeric channels.
