Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

TRPV4 (Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel Subfamily V Member 4)
TRPV4 is a cation-selective channel activated in response to systemic osmotic pressure. It is a non-selective calcium-permeant cation channel involved in osmotic sensitivity and mechanosensitivity.
TRPV4 belongs to the OSM9-like transient receptor potential channel (OTRPC) subfamily within the TRP superfamily of ion channels.
Mutations in TRPV4 are associated with spondylometaphyseal and metatropic dysplasia, and hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy type IIC.
Diseases linked to TRPV4 include Metatropic Dysplasia and Spondylometaphyseal Dysplasia, Kozlowski Type.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
