TYRO3 (tyrosine-protein kinase receptor TYRO3)는 receptor tyrosine kinase로, TULP1 또는 GAS6 등의 리간드와 결합하여 세포 외부 신호를 세포 내로 전달합니다.
세포 생존, 이동, 분화 등 다양한 생리적 과정을 조절하며, 리간드 결합 후 이량체화 및 자가 인산화를 통해 하위 신호 분자 결합 부위를 제공합니다.
활성화된 TYRO3는 신경 보호, 혈소판 응집, 신호 전달, 세포 부착 및 세포골격 재조직화 등 다양한 과정에 관여합니다.
