Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody m2a-15F8 recognizes mouse IgG2a antibodies and serves as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. It does not cross-react with other mouse isotypes or rat immunoglobulins.
- Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: Tested on normal human peripheral blood cells; ≤1.0 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Optimal titration recommended.
Super Bright 600 is a tandem dye excited by the violet laser (405 nm) and emits at 600 nm. Recommended detection filter: 610/20 bandpass. Ensure instrument compatibility.
When using multiple Super Bright-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light.
Fixation: Samples may be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-57) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal signal loss.
