Target Information
CDK3/CyclinE1은 cyclin-dependent protein kinase 계열에 속하며, E2F 전사인자군을 활성화함으로써 S phase로의 진입을 촉진합니다. 또한 Cyclin C와 결합하여 retinoblastoma 1 단백질을 인산화시켜 G0 phase에서의 탈출을 유도합니다.
CDK3 유전자는 염색체 위치 17q22–qter에 존재하며, BRCA1 유전자보다 말단에 위치합니다. 실험용 Mus musculus 여러 계통에서 CDK3 유전자의 단일 점 돌연변이가 보고된 바 있습니다.
