Target Information
SIL1 유전자는 소포체(ER)에 존재하는 N-linked 당단백질을 암호화하며, N-말단 ER 타깃 시퀀스, 두 개의 잠재적 N-당화 부위, C-말단 ER 유지 신호를 포함합니다.
이 단백질은 다른 단백질의 접힘 반응에 관여하는 뉴클레오타이드 교환 인자로 작용하며, 해당 유전자의 돌연변이는 Marinesco-Sjögren 증후군과 관련되어 있습니다.
