Mouse anti-Chicken CD25 monoclonal antibody, clone AV142 recognizes CD25, the chicken IL-2 Receptor alpha chain (IL-2Rα), identified as the chicken homologue of human CD25 and cited as ChCD25 in published literature.
Target Information
Peripheral Myelin Protein 22 (PMP22) is a 160 amino acid glycoprotein belonging to the claudin family. It plays an important role in the structure of peripheral nerve myelin. Genetic irregularities in PMP22 are associated with hereditary demyelinating neuropathies. PMP22 protein is found in the compact myelin of adult human peripheral nerves, with a distribution similar to Myelin Protein zero (P0).
