Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TRIM22 belongs to the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, characterized by three zinc-binding domains (RING, B-box type 1, B-box type 2) and a coiled-coil region.
It localizes to the cytoplasm and is induced by interferon. This protein down-regulates transcription from the HIV-1 LTR promoter region, suggesting a role in mediating interferon’s antiviral effects.
