For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

This intronless gene encodes a transcription factor belonging to the high mobility group (HMG)-box family of DNA-binding proteins. It acts as the testis-determining factor (TDF), initiating male sex determination.
Mutations in this gene can result in XY females with gonadal dysgenesis (Swyer syndrome), and translocation of part of the Y chromosome containing this gene to the X chromosome can cause XX male syndrome.
