Product Specific Information
- 재구성 시, 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)를 이용한 탈염 과정을 추가로 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.
Target Information
26S proteasome은 20S core와 19S regulator로 구성된 다중 촉매 단백질분해 복합체입니다.
20S core는 28개의 비동일한 서브유닛으로 이루어진 4개의 링 구조로, 2개의 α 서브유닛 링과 2개의 β 서브유닛 링으로 구성됩니다.
19S regulator는 ATPase 서브유닛 6개와 비-ATPase 서브유닛 2개로 이루어진 base, 그리고 최대 10개의 비-ATPase 서브유닛으로 이루어진 lid로 구성됩니다.
이 복합체는 ATP/유비퀴틴 의존적 비-리소좀 경로를 통해 펩타이드를 절단하며, 면역프로테아좀은 class I MHC 펩타이드 처리에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
PSMF1 유전자는 11S 및 19S regulator에 의한 프로테아좀 활성화를 억제하는 단백질을 암호화하며, 대체 전사 변이체도 보고되어 있습니다.
