Target Information
RAD9는 9-1-1 세포주기 체크포인트 반응 복합체의 구성 요소로, DNA 손상 시 RAD17-replication factor C 클램프 로더 복합체에 의해 DNA 손상 부위로 모집됩니다. RAD9는 DNA 상에서 여러 DNA 복구 관련 단백질의 결합 플랫폼 역할을 하며, long-patch base excision repair에 관여합니다.
