- Approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ULBP-2 and less than 1% with ULBP-1.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
UL16-binding protein 3 (ULBP3) is a member of the MHC class I superfamily. It lacks the alpha 3 domain and transmembrane region. ULBP3 binds and activates the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, mediating natural killer cell cytotoxicity.
