- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human LRP-1, LRP-4, and LRP-5 is observed.

Target Information
LRP6 is essential for the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, likely acting as a co-receptor with Frizzled for Wnt.
It functions as a specific, high-affinity receptor for DKK1 and DKK2 (not DKK3).
Interaction with DKK1 inhibits LRP6-mediated Wnt/β-catenin signaling through Kremen protein-mediated endocytosis.
