Target Information
SIGNR1은 type II transmembrane C-type lectin으로, 인간 DC-SIGN의 마우스 상동체로 확인되었습니다. 비장 주변부대 식세포와 림프절 수질 식세포에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, Streptococcus pneumoniae의 캡슐 다당류를 포함한 dextran 다당류의 섭취에 관여합니다. SIGNR1은 TLR4/MD2와 물리적으로 결합하며, LPS 인식에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 SIGNR1 결핍 마우스는 보체 C3의 대사에 결함을 보이며, SIGNR1이 보체 C1q와 직접 결합하여 비전형적 C3 전환효소를 형성하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
