Target Information
TRIB3는 Drosophila 형태형성에서 세포 분열을 차단하는 단백질인 Tribbles의 포유류 상동체로, MAPK 활성 조절에 관여합니다. TRIB3는 TRB-3, SINK, SKIP3로도 알려져 있으며, TNF 자극에 의해 유도되는 NF-κB 의존적 전사를 억제하지만 NF-κB의 핵 이동 및 DNA 결합은 방해하지 않습니다. 또한 TRIB3/SKIP3는 여러 인간 종양에서 과발현되며 저산소 상태에 의해 조절됩니다.
