Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SPINT1 is a member of the Kunitz family of serine protease inhibitors.
It acts as a potent inhibitor specific for HGF activator and plays a role in regulating the proteolytic activation of HGF in injured tissues.
Alternative splicing produces multiple variants encoding different isoforms.
