Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.

Target Information
TFR2 gene encodes a single-pass type II membrane protein belonging to the transferrin receptor-like family. It contains a protease-associated (PA) domain, an M28 peptidase domain, and a transferrin receptor-like dimerization domain. This protein mediates cellular uptake of transferrin-bound iron, and mutations are linked to hereditary hemochromatosis type III. Multiple alternatively spliced variants exist, though not all are fully characterized.
