Target Information
Transcriptional coactivator that specifically associates with OCT1 or OCT2. It enhances OCT1-mediated promoter activity and, to a lesser extent, OCT2.
It lacks intrinsic DNA-binding activity and recognizes the POU domains of OCT1 and OCT2.
Essential for B-cell response to antigens and germinal center formation.
