For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
GATA3 is a zinc finger transcription factor that binds enhancer elements of T-cell receptor (TCR) genes (alpha, beta, gamma, delta), regulating their expression. It is abundantly expressed in T-lymphocytes and involved in T-cell receptor gene activation. The human GATA3 gene comprises six exons spanning 17 kb, with two zinc fingers encoded by separate exons highly conserved with those of GATA1.
