Target Information
Clone 1135 recognizes SRC-1 (steroid-receptor coactivator-1), a member of a gene family involved in the full transcriptional activation of the steroid hormone receptor superfamily.
SRC-1 possesses intrinsic histone acetyltransferase activity and has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa.
It contains a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH)-PAS domain.
