For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD137 (TNFRSF9 / 4-1BB) is an inducible costimulatory molecule mainly expressed on activated T cells.
Its ligand, 4-1BBL, is found on activated macrophages, mature B cells, hematopoietic stem cells, and myeloid progenitor cells.
CD137 signaling supports the survival and clonal expansion of activated and memory CD8+ T cells, while suppressing myelopoiesis and dendritic cell development.
Activation of CD137 induces cytokine release that regulates peripheral monocyte survival.
Soluble forms of CD137 may act as negative regulators of certain immune responses.
