Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAP2K4 (MEK4) is a serine/threonine kinase belonging to the STE7 family. It phosphorylates and activates JNK1, JNK2, and p38 kinases, primarily targeting the tyrosine residue of JNKs.
MAP2K4 is involved in cellular stress responses and inflammatory signaling pathways. Mutations or dysregulation of MAP2K4 have been implicated in various cancers, including lung and pancreatic tumors.
