Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

BRAF is involved in transducing mitogenic signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. It is activated by somatic point mutations in human cancers and plays a role in postsynaptic responses of hippocampal neurons.
This protein regulates the MAP kinase/ERKs signaling pathway, influencing cell division, differentiation, and secretion.
Mutations in BRAF are associated with various cancers, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma, colorectal cancer, malignant melanoma, thyroid carcinoma, non-small cell lung carcinoma, and lung adenocarcinoma.
A pseudogene for BRAF has been identified on chromosome X.
