Target Information
SENP1은 SUMO 경로에서 두 가지 핵심 기능을 수행하는 단백질 분해효소로, SUMO1, SUMO2, SUMO3의 전구체를 성숙 형태로 처리하고, 표적 단백질로부터 SUMO를 제거합니다. 또한 SENP1은 HIPK2와 HDAC1으로부터 SUMO1을 제거하여 후자의 전사 억제 활성을 감소시킵니다.
