Target Information

STAT6 단백질은 주로 사이토카인, 특히 인터루킨-4(IL-4)와 IL-13에 의해 활성화되는 전사 인자입니다.
STAT6 결손 마우스(Stat6-/-)는 IL-4 매개 기능, Th2 보조 T세포 분화, 세포 표면 마커 발현, T세포 증식, IgE로의 면역글로불린 전환 및 IL-4 매개 증식의 일부 손실을 보입니다.
STAT6 mRNA는 말초혈액 림프구, 대장, 장, 난소, 전립선, 흉선, 비장, 신장, 간, 폐, 태반 등 다양한 조직에서 검출됩니다.
STAT6는 Th2 면역반응과 IL-4 매개 생물학적 반응에 필수적이며, STAT6a와 STAT6c 두 가지 아이소폼 형태로 존재합니다.
