They consist of multiple different recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, while maintaining the consistency of recombinant production.
These antibodies recognize multiple epitope sites, providing higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets.
Each lot contains a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducibility and eliminating biological variability typical of polyclonal antibodies.
This antibody is predicted to react with Rat.

Target Information
Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for the nucleosome structure of chromatin in eukaryotes.
Two molecules each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) form an octamer, around which approximately 146 bp of DNA is wrapped in repeating units called nucleosomes.
The linker histone H1 interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomes and contributes to chromatin compaction.
The histone H4 gene is intronless, lacks a polyA tail, and contains a palindromic termination element.
It is located within the large histone gene cluster on chromosome 6.
