Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific. They consist of a mixture of multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity of monoclonal antibodies.
These antibodies offer consistent lot-to-lot performance, eliminating biological variability.
They are predicted to react with Rat and Bovine.

Target Information
Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for the nucleosome structure of eukaryotic chromatin. Two molecules of each core histone (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) form an octamer, around which ~146 bp of DNA is wrapped to form nucleosomes.
The linker histone H1 interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomes to compact chromatin into higher-order structures.
The H4 gene is intronless and encodes a histone H4 family member, located within the large histone gene cluster on chromosome 6. Transcripts lack polyA tails but contain a palindromic termination element.
