Target Information
IL-12 p70 (interleukin-12)는 면역계에서 감염 및 암에 대한 반응에 중요한 역할을 하는 사이토카인입니다. 수지상세포, 대식세포, B 세포 등 다양한 면역세포에서 생성되며, 인터페론 감마 및 기타 사이토카인의 생성을 자극하여 T 세포와 NK 세포의 활성화 및 증식을 촉진합니다.
IL-12 p70은 감염성 질환, 자가면역 질환, 암 등 다양한 질환의 치료 표적으로 연구되고 있으며, 면역 반응을 강화하고 염증 반응을 조절하는 역할을 합니다.
