Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.
Mouse anti-human CD20 antibody, clone 2H7 recognizes the human CD20 cell surface antigen, a 33–37 kDa non-glycosylated phosphoprotein.
Target Information
CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein (33–37 kDa) expressed on mature and most malignant B cells, a subset of T lymphocytes, and follicular dendritic cells. It regulates transmembrane calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation. CD20 is associated with lipid rafts, and its localization changes upon BCR aggregation. It remains on the cell surface after antibody binding, making it an effective target for therapeutic B-cell depletion. Diseases associated with CD20 dysfunction include Ms4a1-related common variable immune deficiency.
