For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
Mouse anti-Human CD20 antibody, clone 2H7 recognizes the human CD20 cell surface antigen, a 33–37 kDa non-glycosylated phosphoprotein.

Target Information

CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein (33–37 kDa) expressed on mature and most malignant B cells, a subpopulation of T lymphocytes, and follicular dendritic cells.
It regulates transmembrane calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation.
CD20 is associated with lipid rafts, with association intensity varying by extracellular stimuli and BCR aggregation.
After receptor ligation, BCR and CD20 colocalize and then rapidly dissociate before BCR endocytosis, while CD20 remains at the cell surface.
CD20 is a key target for antibody-mediated B-cell depletion, as it remains membrane-bound and is not internalized after antibody treatment.
Diseases associated with CD20 dysfunction include Ms4a1-related common variable immune deficiency.
