Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

HDAC1 is part of the histone deacetylase complex and interacts with the retinoblastoma tumor-suppressor protein, contributing to cell proliferation and differentiation control.
Together with metastasis-associated protein-2, HDAC1 deacetylates p53 and modulates its effects on cell growth and apoptosis.
