Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
NTRK3 (TRKC) belongs to the neurotrophic factor family of related polypeptides central to the development and maintenance of the mammalian nervous system. Known substrates for the TRK receptors include SHC, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. The different isoforms have distinct signaling properties.
The protein is widely expressed, mainly in nervous tissue. Isoform B is expressed in higher amounts in the adult brain compared to the fetal brain. TRKC undergoes ligand-mediated auto-phosphorylation and contains two immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains and two leucine-rich (LRR) repeats.
