Target Information
Anti-Rat secondary antibodies는 rat immunoglobulins에 대한 높은 특이성을 가진 affinity-purified 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)에 적용 가능하며, 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 민감도를 제공합니다. 일반적으로 host 동물에 target species의 immunoglobulin을 면역하여 생성되며, 추가 정제 및 변형(immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation 등)을 통해 높은 특이성의 시약으로 제작됩니다.
