- For IHC, epitope retrieval with citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
- Based on 100% sequence identity, this antibody is predicted to react with Rat, Zebrafish, Xenopus laevis, Xenopus tropicalis, Chicken, Bovine, and Orangutan.
Target Information
ARP2 (Actin-related protein 2) is an ATP-binding component of the ARP2/3 complex, which mediates actin polymerization upon stimulation by nucleation-promoting factors (NPFs).
The ARP2/3 complex forms branched actin networks in the cytoplasm, providing force for cell motility, and also promotes actin polymerization in the nucleus, regulating gene transcription and DNA repair.
