Product Specific Information
- 본 항체는 비인산화 펩타이드로 음성 프리어드소브 처리되어, 비인산화 PDGFRA에 반응하는 항체가 제거됨.
- 최종 제품은 Tyr754에서 인산화된 PDGFRA 유래 펩타이드로 친화 크로마토그래피를 통해 제조됨.
- Human, Rat (100% homologous), Frog (92%) PDGFRA는 시험되지 않았으나 반응 예상.
- PDGFRB (50%)는 시험되지 않았으며, 반응하지 않을 것으로 예상됨.
- Western blot의 양성 대조군으로 NIH3T3 cells (+/- PDGF) 사용.
Target Information
PDGFRA는 세포 표면 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) 계열의 리간드와 결합함.
이들 성장인자는 중간엽 기원의 세포에 대한 유사분열 촉진 인자이며, 결합된 성장인자에 따라 수용체는 α-β 이합체 또는 동종이합체 형태로 존재함.
Knockout mouse 연구에서 PDGFRA의 결손은 치명적이며, 신장 발달에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타남.
