Target Information
Janus kinase 2 (JAK2)는 특정 사이토카인 수용체 신호 전달 경로에 관여하는 단백질 티로신 키나아제로, polycythemia vera에서 변이가 보고되었습니다. 이 효소는 JAK2의 촉매 도메인(JH1)을 포함하며, JAK 활성화는 STAT 단백질의 인산화를 유도하고 핵으로 이동시켜 다양한 유전자의 전사를 조절합니다. JAK2는 IFN-γ 수용체 복합체의 개시를 위해 필요하며, JAK1은 증폭 인자로 작용합니다. JAK2의 변이는 Budd-Chiari syndrome, Polycythemia vera, Thrombocythemia 3, Myelofibrosis, 또는 Acute myelogenous leukemia와 관련이 있습니다.
