Product Specific Information

이 항체는 HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L)로, Mouse, Human, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit 혈청 단백질과의 교차 반응이 최소화되어 있습니다. 면역전기영동 결과, Rat IgG의 heavy chain과 대부분의 Rat 면역글로불린의 light chain에 반응합니다. 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에 대한 반응은 검출되지 않았습니다.

Usage Notes

NovaFluor 염료는 DNA 결합형 생존염색 시약(PI, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)과 호환되지 않습니다. 대신 Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell Stain을 권장합니다.
NovaFluor conjugate는 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer(Cat. No. C001T06F01)와 함께 제공되며, 최적의 염색을 위해 반드시 함께 사용해야 합니다.
항체 칵테일 제조 시 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer를 시료당 5 µL씩 추가하십시오. 단일 색상 대조군에서는 10³–10⁸ 세포가 포함된 100 µL 시료당 5 µL를 사용합니다.
