Target Information
Moesin is a member of the talin-4.1 superfamily and functions as a linker between the actin cytoskeleton and the plasma membrane. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines, but not in blood cells.
It plays roles in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
