Product Specific Information

The eBio13G3-19D monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse Ly108, the mouse homologue of human SLAMF6 (signaling lymphocyte activation molecule family member 6).
Ly108, also known as NTB-A, is expressed on NK, T, and B cells. Engagement of Ly108 enhances NK cell activity and IFN-γ expression and is involved in X-linked lymphoproliferative disease mechanisms.

No strain differences were observed between C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice.
Each product includes 1 vial of NovaFluor conjugate and 1 vial of CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and thymocytes. Recommended ≤ 0.8 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may vary (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Titrate for optimal performance.

Compatibility Note:
NovaFluor dyes are not compatible with DNA intercalating viability dyes (e.g., propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI).
Use Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains for viability assays.

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer:
Updated conjugates ship with CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01).
Add 5 µL per sample (10³–10⁸ cells) for optimal staining. Use in antibody cocktails prior to mixing with cells.

NovaFluor conjugates utilize Phiton™ technology with engineered nucleic acid dye structures for improved spectral separation and minimized spillover.
