Product Specific Information
This antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The METTL11A (NTMT1) gene encodes an N-terminal methyltransferase for the RAN guanine nucleotide exchange factor regulator of chromosome condensation 1 (RCC1). The METTL11A enzyme alpha-N-methylates other protein targets such as SET and RB.
